1. Summary
• You do not need to create an account or provide an email address or phone number.
• Your progress, coins, purchased looks, roll history and settings are stored only on your device.
• An anonymous session is created only when you enter Online Duel; your opponent sees your nickname, avatar and dice/table look.
• There are no ads; no advertising ID (Advertising ID / IDFA) is used, there is no usage analytics or tracking, and your data is not sold.
• No access to location, camera, microphone, contacts or photos is requested.
• Payments are made through Google Play and the App Store; your card details never reach us.
2. Data Stored Only on Your Device
• Level, experience points (XP), achievements, game statistics, daily streak and daily reward status
• Coin balance and table/dice looks unlocked with coins
• Roll history, dice count, dice type, theme, sound, vibration and language preferences
• The nickname you enter and the avatar you choose
• Store transaction IDs, so each coin purchase is added to your wallet only once
This data is not sent to our servers. It is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data. If your device backup (iCloud / Google) is on, the operating system may include this data in your backup; we have no access to that backup.
Motion sensor: for "shake to roll", the device accelerometer is read on the device only while the App is open; it is not stored or sent anywhere.
3. Data Processed on Servers
A. Online Duel (Firebase Authentication + Realtime Database)
When you enter Online Duel, Firebase creates an anonymous user ID (uid) for you. This ID does not identify you personally. During a match the following is written to the database: your user ID, nickname (up to 40 characters), avatar emoji, dice and table look, whether you are a DiceX Club member, random seed values used for fair dice, roll and online-presence flags, the match result, creation time and, when playing with a friend, a 6-digit room code. This is used to run the match and to show it to your opponent. Your nickname is visible to your opponent; we recommend not using your real name or any personal information.
B. Purchases and subscription (RevenueCat)
Coin packs and the DiceX Club subscription are managed with RevenueCat to verify purchases. RevenueCat receives a random anonymous ID created by the App (shown in Settings as "Support ID"), the purchased product, purchase date, price and currency, store transaction ID, platform, app version and the country derived from your IP address. This is used to verify purchases, unlock Club membership, restore purchases and answer your support requests.
C. Remote configuration (Firebase Remote Config)
The App downloads settings from Firebase Remote Config to turn features on or off and show update prompts. Technical information such as the Firebase installation ID, app version, platform and language is sent to Google in the process.
4. How We Use Data
• To run the App and Online Duel
• To verify purchases and grant Club membership and coins
• To provide support for purchase and technical issues
• To prevent abuse and cheating
• To meet legal obligations
Your data is not used for advertising, profiling or marketing, and it is not sold.
5. Storage Location and International Transfers
Our duel database is hosted on Google Firebase servers in Europe (Belgium, europe-west1). Firebase Authentication and Remote Config run on Google's global infrastructure, and RevenueCat data is processed in the United States. Your data is therefore transferred internationally; see Third-Party Services for details.
6. Retention
• Data on your device: until you uninstall the App or clear its data
• Duel match records: may remain on the server after a match ends; deleted at your request or during periodic clean-up
• Anonymous duel ID: deleted at your request
• Purchase records: for as long as needed to restore purchases and as required by tax law
7. Deleting Your Data
Since no account is created, you can remove all on-device data by uninstalling the App. To delete duel and purchase records on the server, follow the steps on the Data Deletion page.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a user we know to be under 13. If you become aware of such a case, contact us and we will delete the data. Purchases are subject to the store's parental controls.
9. Security
All communication with servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Database rules ensure that only signed-in players can access match information and that each player can write only to their own fields. No system is completely risk-free; in the event of a breach we will notify as required by law.
10. Your Rights
Under GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, object to processing and data portability. Send requests to akeproject.0@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as the App changes. The current version is always published on this page with the date at the top updated.
